I recently coordinated a wedding reception at Union Stage. The cocktail hour was held on the upper level, and dinner was in the concert area. Kaitlin and her team were an absolute dream to work with. They went above and beyond to help with set up, service, and tear down- they made my job very easy!! The food was delicious and the bar service was excellent. I highly recommend holding an event at Union Stage.
Had the awesome opportunity to have my 50th birthday party there recently. From the moment I reached out to Union Stage about renting the location, myself and my friends who were involved with the planning, were treated so professionally.
The weeks leading up to the party things like finalizing the bar and food packages, final payment and a discussion with the production manager to deal with sound and visuals were extremely smooth.
The bar staff were beyond amazing. At one point, I was on the stage talking to one of the DJs and turned around to leave and one of the bartenders was standing there with a bottle of water in one hand and the signature drink for the party in another. I hadn't ordered them, but had planned to once I got walked over to the bar. My friends who were in attendance had nothing but awesome things to say about them. And the unlimited pizzas?! Whatever they're doing in the kitchen is magic.
If you have are looking for a venue to rent for an event -- personal or business -- I highly recommend Union Stage. My experience with this venue has been nothing short of amazing -- and it was affordable (not the term you would necessarily use when discussing the Wharf). 5 stars.....for everything. I can't wait to go back for a concert.
I’m disabled and have to attend shows in a wheelchair and they were super accommodating and security was super sweet to me :] not always the case at all venues so very appreciative of them 💕
